Lifeline is an easy-to-use personal response service that ensures that older adults living at home get quick assistance whenever it is needed - 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
How does Sparks Companion Lifeline work?
When you need help, you just press the waterproof Personal Help Button you wear as a pendant or wristband. Within seconds, a certified Lifeline monitor responds, assesses the situation and summons appropriate help, whether it is a neighbor, relative or ambulance.
Who responds when I press my button?
A caring and extensively trained Lifeline professional called a "monitor," who has instant access to your pertinent health history and personal profile on his or her computer screen.

How can I sign up?
Call the Sparks Senior Extra office (local 441-5555 or toll free 1-800-338-3449) and say you are interested in Sparks Companion Lifeline. A representative will contact you and go over details about how the system works and explain financial arrangements. Once you rent Sparks Companion Lifeline, a representative will come to your home, install the system, show you how to use it, and answer any questions.

Sparks Senior Extra members can receive a $55 discount by signing a four-month contract and paying in advance. All $15 of the installation fee and the first month's rent are free. Total advance payment is $102.00 for four months. This benefit is for first-time Sparks Companion Lifeline users.
