According to the Arkansas Department of Health, heart disease is the #1 cause of death in the state. But, there are some changes you can make to your lifestyle that can decrease your chances of disability and death from cardiovascular disease.
Sparks Cardiologists Sheharyar Ali, MD, and Ayhan Zia, MD, will share tips and information to help you keep your heart healthy in a free seminar open to the public. Drs. Ali and Zia both practice medicine at the Cardiology Center at Sparks, located in the Sparks Medical Plaza in Fort Smith.
