Sparks Patient Experience


Patient Satisfaction is the focus of Sparks Health System. The patient experience is an integral part of care that can contribute to enhanced patient outcomes. Sparks Health Systems is committed to providing excellent service and has implemented several programs to ensure our patients and their family’s needs are addressed and that they are comfortable during their stay.

Our mission at Sparks Health System is to provide superior, quality, and comprehensive patient-centered health care services. To accomplish our mission we need to know what we are doing right and what needs improvement and you play a major role in this process. Patients are randomly selected and mailed satisfaction surveys. We ask that if you receive a survey please take a few minutes to complete it and mail it back. We depend on our patients and their families to keep us informed. By sharing your thoughts and feelings about your health care experience, you help steer our improvement efforts for future patients and their families.
