TELEMEDICINE STROKE PROGRAM
Sparks Regional Medical Center is the only primary hospital partner in the Arkansas SAVES telemedicine program that provides immediate life-saving treatments to stroke patients at 11 participating regional hospitals via video communication available 24 hours a day.
STROKE SYMPTOMS
- Sudden numbness or weakness of face, arm or leg, especially on one side of the body
- Sudden confusion, trouble speaking or understanding
